Windows 10: Unable to log into my internet

I can no longer see the my broadband, it is not showing up. Usually it show it and the neighbours. None are showing up.

• When you say 'address/computer entrance ID is not listed' are you referring to log in password?
• What is the error message you get?

If you are unable to log in to PC. I suggest you to refer the link below and follow the onscreen instructions.

Appreciate your interest in using Windows 10. I understand the frustration to wait for something and it is taking a long time.

I would suggest you to perform an Internet troubleshooter by following the steps below.

• Click on start and type ‘troubleshooting’ and press enter.
• Click on ‘View all’ on top left corner.
• Select ‘Internet Connections’ in the list and follow the prompts for troubleshooting.

Also, check if the issue persists by connecting to a different network.
