Windows 10: Unable to log into my Windows 11 Pro computer with personal account

Hello, Recently i’ve tried to add my work account to my personal OneNote on my personal computer but seems it ended badly. Unfortunately after adding credentials a message with some information popped up which i did not read well and decided to restart the computer. After booting up it shows the company’s statement and leads me to log screen to add my company’s account unsuccessfully. From now on i am not able to remove this account nor using my personal Microsoft one. I tried searching from BIOS but not sure how may i revert those settings or somehow fix the issue. I am running Windows 11

How can I transfer a Windows 11 Pro upgrade from personal account to work account?

I recently purchased a new laptop for my business and realized once received that it had Windows 11 Home instead of "Pro", so I wasn't able to login using my work email account.

I ended up logging in with my personal account and upgraded to Windows 11 Pro - however I am finding out that I may have made a mistake in doing so, because I still cannot remove my personal email from the computer and login using my work account.

Is there anyway I can transfer the Windows 11 Pro upgrade license to a different account? If yes, how can I do so?

Any suggestions on how to proceed would be much appreciated!

What does a person gain by logging into his computer with a M$ account

I see Windows 11 will require a person to log into his computer with a Microsoft account, and can't help but wonder what exactly does that person gain in return for giving up some degree of privacy.

Then the second question is once the person has gotten W11 installed on his computer, will he be able to switch back to logging in with a local account.

I guess if M$ paid for my next laptop I could justify logging in with a M$ account, otherwise I think my next new laptop will be a Chromebook.
