Windows 10: unable to log into windows

I have been having problems logging into my windows account. It has been taking me to other user account, but I can get in. I have tried pressing shift + power button, but that has not taken me to the trouble shoot screen. Please help

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
