Windows 10: Unable to log into windows

I have been trying for weeks to log into the windows account on my computer and I just cannot. Time and time again I log in and it works but it tells me I must log in once more using my current windows password, when I input it, it says its incorrect. I am currently using a local account and I'm trying to sign into my windows account and it just wont work. I have changed my password several times in order to make sure i am putting in the correct one, but still, nothing. I can log in into outlook on chrome and on my phone, but whenever I try to use the same password on the windows sing in it do

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

• What is the exact error message/ error code of this issue?
• Have you made any changes to the operating system prior to this issue?

As a workaround, I suggest you to remove all the external devices being connected (except mouse and keyboard), try hard reboot the device and check the status of this issue.
