Windows 10: Unable to log into Windows

Whenever I attempt to log into my computer now it tells me ‘Your device is offline. Try a different sign in method.’ even though when I click ‘I forgot my password’ it still lets me sign in to a Microsoft account and I am still connected to the internet through an ethernet cable.

I now tried running it in safe mode where it tells me that my credentials cannot be verified.

If anyone has had this issue before or has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

• Have you made any changes to the operating system prior to this issue?

As a workaround, I suggest you to remove all the external devices being connected (except mouse and keyboard), try hard reboot the device and check the status of this issue.
