Unable to login my computer after micorosoft customer service update my computer. Case 7043948932

Unable to login to computer after Windows 10 update

Right after I upgraded to Windows 10 it let me login just fine but my antivirus asked for a restart as soon as I got in. After that I am unable to login.

I tried the ease of access keyboard just in case and that did not work.

I went to a different computer and changed the password then went back restarted the other computer and tried again and still no luck.

I am not the only one with this problem so I suggest Microsoft gets to fixing this asap.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

  What is the make and model of your computer?
  

I suggest you check if you are able to boot into Windows Recovery Environment using installation media. Follow the steps provided below and check.

• • Insert the installation USB and boot Windows 10 from it.
  • In the ‘Windows setup’ page select the ‘language to install’, ‘Time and currency format’ and the ‘keyboard or input method’ and click on ‘next’.
  • Click on ‘Repair your computer’ and select ‘Troubleshoot’.

Check if you are able to boot to this window. If you are unable to boot to this window, I suggest you to contact the manufacturer and check.
