Windows 10: Unable to login to device due to locked account and missing Bitlocker code

Hi,I recently changed schools and my old school account was the main account on school tablet. I recently began using it again, but unfortunately it seems my account has been locked or deleted, as I am unable to login to it. I am also unable to login with a new account, as it doesn't seem to be recognized, despite me using the right email and password.I have also tried to reset Windows, but I cannot access the 48-key Bitlocker code as the original account registered on my device has been locked/deleted.I have tried all possible online solutions but none have worked. Restarting my device didn't

BSOD 0xc0000001 Bitlocker code not known


I have a client that has a Microsoft Surface Pro. It has a BSOD error code 0xc0000001. I have tried many ways to repair but I am unable to since Bitlocker has locked the hard drive. The client swears they never activated it and does not know the code to unlock. They did not have a microsoft account so I cant go that route. Any suggestions to unlock hard drive without the bitlocker code?

 

Locked from BitLocker. What Microsoft account is my device on?

I decided to update the bios my laptop, and now I am locked out because of BitLocker. My understanding is that I can retrieve the recovery key from my Microsoft account. But, when I looked in my devices my laptop was not listed under my devices. How can I find out what account my laptop is registered in while being locked from BitLocker?

Kid locked out of Family account. Unable to change password

We understand the concern as you are unable to change your child’s Microsoft Account password. In this scenario, we would suggest you to perform these steps.

1. Login to
   www.login.live.com using your child’s Microsoft Account.
2. Click on forgot password.
3. Check the radio button and enter the Email account to send the code.
4. In case you don’t have access to that verification email account then click on
   I don’t have any of these.
5. Now follow the onscreen steps and check if you are able to reset the password.

Let us know the results. If the issue persists, we will certainly assist you further.
