Windows 10: Unable to login to laptop after my office 365 account revoked as that was the primary account

I bought a brand new laptop and configured the office 365 account from my employer as the primary account to login. Now that particular account has been revoked and unable to login to the laptop with neither my pincode or password, as admin have blocked that account.How can login after login, i will create a local admin accountplease help

Change the primary login account on a new laptop

I am running Windows 11 on a new laptop. I have logged in with a Microsoft Account which has an old email address and I am unable to change my my primary email address. Hence I want to purchase Microsoft 365 family subscription but cant be happy that I will be able to do this until the email address is changed. Alternatively I want to create another Microsoft account and login with this new account on my laptop. How do I do this?

Wp8 office 365 and Account Logins

Hi All

I have read a few similar posts but don't really understand what is happening yet, Is there anyone who actually understands whats going on and night be able to help? So line by line...

I have an company office 365 pro account for Email and Skydrive PRO.

To log into the account, I go to the Office 365 login page at
https://login.microsoftonline.com and login using my email and password e.g

*** Email address is removed for privacy ***

This works, and as I am logging onto a Microsoft service, I now assume that *** Email address is removed for privacy *** is recognised as my microsoft account.

I have a brand new lumia phone and I want to say get to the apps store. To do this, the first time I use it I have to either create a new Microsoft Account or use an existing one.

I want to use the skydrive pro that comes with my office 365 user account so I try to login using the same credentials I use for Office 365.

When I try it comes back with 'Incorrect Email or Password'.

So my thinking is that my Office 365 Login is not a Microsoft Account after all and I will have to create yet another account.

Something else happened to back up my theory. When I came to post this question on this forum, I had to logon. I tried using my 365 account and it failed. I had to use a specific older account that isn't a 365 account, which is very similar to whats happening
to my phone.

Sorry for the long text, but its quite difficult trying to explian, but in summary I think that my office 365 account in not a Microsoft account and it is impossible for my wp8 to use services such as the upstore or upgrades using my office 365 credentials.
The only way I will be able to logon to a Microsoft account with my phone is to create yet another account at microsoft.

I hope this makes sense, any any thoughts would be welcome

Your company Office 365 account is just that, an Office 365 service account. It is not a Microsoft account.

Since the Office 365 account is not a Microsoft account ( anything that ends with live.com, outlook.com and msn.com and other microsoft .com accounts is considered a Microsoft account) it will not work on your windowsphone.

Office 365 Outlook email accounts

O365 Personal cannot be shared. It can be installed on unlimited number of devices, but it must be activated with the same subscriber Microsoft account on each device.

However, the activation Microsoft account email does not have to be added to Outlook. A fully valid and functional example:

User A subscribes to O365 Personal

User A installs and activates O365 on his / her laptop

User A adds his / her email accounts to Outlook

User A installs and activates O365 on User B's laptop

User B adds his / her email accounts to Outlook

The point is, that the O365 Personal subscriber email is required to activate Office on each device, but it don't have to be added to Outlook. In above example, both User A and User B add only their own email accounts to Outlook, and cannot see each other's accounts and emails.

The reason I am asking these questions are that two individuals are buying two new laptops and would like to share one Microsoft Office 365 Personal.
A has a subscription to Microsoft Office 365 Personal already and wants to share the same account with B.
I have installed Microsoft Office 365 Personal in a second pc B and when launching Outlook all my email accounts from A were loaded. So, I cannot figure out how to install Microsoft Office 365 Personal in a second pc so that my email accounts A are not loaded.
This raises more questions for me.

So this

would not apply to Microsoft Office 365 Personal as it breaches the licence agreement?

Am I correct?

If it does apply how can I install Microsoft Office 365 Personal in a second pc so that my email accounts A are not loaded, and I can only add B email account on the second pc?

Would B be able to access A OneDrive?

Or would B have a separate 1TB free space in One drive, or only the free 5GB or none at all?

And most importantly is this even legal or in breach of contract as Microsoft Office 365 Personal is for one user only?
