Windows 10: Unable to login to my 360 business account to link it to a brand new PC

I have a brand new PC, not set up. In setting it up, it asks to enter your Microsoft Account email, I enter it and I get the error: "That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different account or get a new one."I can access my account on my personal pc and even reset the password and logged in. This new PC will not accept my email address for setup. What can I do? This new PC is a business PC so I cannot set it up as a personal PC.

Unable to login to PC using Deleted School email account

I understand it can be frustrating when you are unable to access the PC using the university account.

1. Do you have any other user account configured on the PC?
   
2. Were you able to login using the new Microsoft account previously?
   
3. Did you purchase the Windows 10 license from Microsoft store?
   

As you have mentioned that the school email account have been deleted, in that case you may not be able to login to the PC using the same password.



Also, if you have purchased the license from Microsoft store then I suggest you to get in touch with the
Microsoft Accounts & Billing support team.

Unable to verify account on new laptop

A neighbour has lent me her brand new laptop because she wasn't able to log in. For some reason she didn't get the login info.

I have formatted the machine (this had two advantages: 1. Sure way to get rid of any OEM junk, 2. could set up the account how we wanted).

Unfortunately I am unable to verify the account because its keeps wanting to use a secondary email address thats not listed on the MS account page (she no longer has access to it).

How can I verify the account?
