Windows 10: Unable to login to my laptop dell inspiron 15. Error “ Something went wrong and your PIN...

I changed my dell inspiron laptop PIN for security reasons. To do this I went to accouny/PIN/and then changed it , earlier I didn’t had access to change PIN but after few minutes of trying I was able to. However now I was trying to get in my desktop by entering my changed PIN but it says “something went wrong PIN isn’t available 0x80090027. try restarting you computer to fix this problem “ and i have tried my both PIN ample of times now. Any solution how can i get in my laptop again??? Please someone help me.

Dell Inspiron 15 Laptop Computer

Windows 10 is impossible to use AND I want my money back from Dell Computer Company for this Inspiron 15 laptop. This is the worst piece of junk and excuse for a computer I've ever seen. Windows 10 only compounds the PROBLEM !!!
