Windows 10: Unable to login to the Xbox App and unable to download anything

Recently me and my friend wanted to play Sea of Thieves again but Microsoft told me to download the Xbox App because i would be unable to play it normally and i always got the error message 0x87DD0005 meaning that i wasnt connected to Xbox-Live which I obviously was. Following the instructions to the problem it told me to uninstall and reinstall the game. So i did that. But then when i wanted to reinstall, I was greeted by Unknown available in the installation menu. It doesnt allow me to press install even though I have multiple working hard drives. Is there something wrong with the server providing the download for SysTool? I'm unable to download the application using Firefox or IE.

Unable to Login to Xbox app

Hello, For the past 3 hours I have been trying to login into my xbox app on my Windows 10 pc . It is partially logging in and then when the Lets Play screen comes, It says unable to sign in , try again later (0xbba) . Please resolve this issue somehow .
I cant even uninstall the xbox app and try installing again to resolve the error. I tried the windows trouble shooter software thing and it displayed an issue called service registration failure . I am using 100percent genuine softwares and yet this problem
persists . The trouble shooter is not resolving the issue also . Totally irritated . My aim is to Access into the xbox settings, as I need to go to the GAMEDVR files, an important recorded file is there , And I require it asap . I am not able to find the
video file as when I click the file after recording , it goes to the xbox app which hence I'm not freaking able to login .
