Windows 10: Unable to login win11, stay in Troubleshoot page after reboot

Hello Supporter,Unable to login win11, stay in Troubleshoot page in Windows Recovery Environment after OS crashed suddenly and reboot. It still show Troubleshoot page, instead of appear safe mode option in "Enable Startup setting " screen after rebootTried to Uninstall Updates and System Restore due to no restore point. I can login "Command Prompt", and run sfc /scannow and chkdsk , looks everything is good. Also, run the hardware diag in BIOS and no issue found."Reset this PC" is a better option than repair upgrade with Media Creation Tool?Pls advise how to fix the issue and avoid the data

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

Windows 10 - Getting to Troubleshoot page before Login page

Dear Windows 10 Support experts,

Thank you for reading this email. Is there a way to get to the Troubleshoot page before reaching the Login page?

My computer is experiencing an issue that when reaching the Login page, before I could click on the Power/Restart button, the computer immediately shows the Welcome text and the monitor becomes black as a lot of stuff is loading in the background, it seems the computer encounters brain dead.

Therefore, is there a key combination that I can press in order to get to the Troubleshoot page? I will need to completely reformat the computer.
