Windows 10: Unable to login windows 11 but able to log into my microsoft account?

I changed my CPU and Motherboard. After that It I used my pin to sign in and install the software and then restarted my computer. When brought to the windows sign in. It asked for my password. I am assuming the password it's asking is the same for the microsoft login but i guess im wrong the security questions are forgotten. And i can't do a disk reset cause the USB is't password disk reset whatever that means. I don't know what to do.

Not Able to login

Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community.

Please confirm the following things for me.

1. Is your system connected to the internet? You can check this through the network icon at the bottom left corner of your login screen.
   
2. What error message are you receiving when you login with your Microsoft account?
   

I would suggest you to login to
http://login.live.com/ with your Microsoft account and check if you are able to sign-in with your credentials.

If you are able to sign-in with your Microsoft account on the live website, you can follow the steps in this article to ‘Start
your PC in safe mode in Windows 10’, kindly follow the steps in the section ‘From the sign-in screen’ and check if you are able to login to your system.

the two-step verification is turned on or you are traveling or using a new device.

• Are you experiencing the sign in issue upon logging in to your computer?
• Are you having the same error when you are trying to sign in to your Microsoft account using a web browser? If yes, is the same issue happening even when you are using other web browsers?
