Windows 10: Unable to make any change to my laptop's Windows System

Hello.


Recently I noticed that something weird happening on my computer. There are several things that might be a result of one same problem:

1. failure to install 2004 as well as 20H2, error code 0x80002016 and 0x80070652
2. unable to reset the system, asking for the recovery media
3. unable to perform a clean install

The last try I did, was to install the system from a USB media, choosing not to keep any personal file. However, that also failed at the last step, before the restart began. "Your computer will restart soon" showed, but then a message box came out says "install failed".


By the way, I am using a Japanese system but I think it would be much better to ask it in English so the text might not be accurate.


I tried almost every method possible I had found relating to 1, including clean install that also failed as I stated in 2 and 3, but nothing gets better.

sfc /scannow command did found something and I fixed them, but it seems like they did nothing to the problem.

Also, I have tried to ignore the update but they started to pop up again so I have decided to permanently deal with it before it costs more than now to reset this computer.


Any help will be much appreciated.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

To change the Account type follow the steps.

• 
  Press Windows + X, click on User Accounts.
  
• 
  Click on change your account type.
  
• 
  Select standard account.
  

To delete the account follow the steps.

• 
  Press Windows + X, click on User Accounts.
  
• 
  Click on Manage other Account.
  
• 
  Select the user account.
  
• 
  Click on Delete the account.
  

To create the new user account follow the steps.

• 
  Press Windows + X, click on User Accounts.
  
• 
  Click on Manage other Account.
  
• 
  Click on Add A new user in PC setting.

laptop doesnt boot automatically

This is what happened.

1. Did a repair install and later disabled hibertnate in CMD.
2. Enabled legacy option ROM in BIOS.
3. After a few times startup ( i used the system in such mode for 5 days), changed boot option back to default.
4. Vola!! It boots automatically to win10 without any keypress. Tested it with many starts to confirm the same.
5. Re-enabled hibernate option using CMD and later selected Fast Startup.
6. System booted normally, without the need for any keypress.

I do not know exactly whether such steps resolved the problem or what else happened, hence cannot suggest above steps.
