    Hello community, I am having trouble with Cortana on my laptop because it doesn’t let me use my voice to control Cortana. I have been trying my best with Cortana’s settings and it says to adjist cloud settings. Please help me.

    Listening for Hey Cortana

    If Cortana is turned on and always listening for the command "Hey Cortana," what is it and/or Windows 10 doing with everything else the microphone is picking up?

    Actually Cortana never goes into listen mode, after pressing the mike icon there is no need to say Hey Cortana, just asking the question gets the answer. The issue is then that Cortana
    never goes into listen mode, all settings are correct.

    Does anyone have any suggestions ?

    CORTANA IN LISTEN MODE

    Just downloaded Win 10. Cortana works fine but not in listen mode, it comes out of listen mode after about 10 secs. I am set up in settings correctly with "Hey Cortana" switched on. Anyone with ideas ?
