Windows 10: Unable to maximize Quick Assist when remoting into someones computer.

I noticed this only happens to people who aren't in admin accounts, as it works with anyone else. Is there any way to fix it? It's incredibly hard to assist people when the image is so incredibly small.

Quick Assist not working

Good diagnostic step.

You've tried disabling 3rd party program startups, but there could be more things starting beyond those listed in the task manager startup list, if that's what you used.

Ideally you would have hands on access to both PCs... but that's not so. All credit to them for creating a new user account etc.

If you wished to disable more startups on the problem account you could use Autoruns (free from MS). But that seems asking a bit much of someone else remotely.

Of course, the problem could have nothing whatsoever to do with startups... you might want to check all services are default, for example, in particular those necessary for this.

This gives useful detail on how it works. For example, it uses port 443, so you need to check that's not blocked.
It also indicates how to block it- so you can check that doesn't apply.

Quick Assist and Remote Desktop/Remote Assistance

I have Windows 10 Pro Anniversary Edition. I know that Quick Assist is an app in the Operating System. Does anyone know whether you can help someone who is running an earlier version of Windows that has Remote Assistance or Remote Desktop by using Quick
Assist? I know Quick Assist works similarly to Remote Desktop, but is available on all editions of Windows 10. I am a Certified PC Service and Repair Tech and I know how the apps/programs work- but are they compatible and can I help someone with an earlier
version of Windows.

Also, my friend has run into the Validation Key problem. He says he does not have one. Any help there would be appreciated.
