Windows 10: Unable to migrate Mojang account to microsoft.

Tried all my family moving our Mojang accounts to Minecraft Microsoft today, but two accounts failed the process claiming their accounts needed to need to be "verified" getting the We can't call that number error because they had broken TOS, don't see how an account that didn't exist until 20 seconds ago could break TOS. had to make new accounts and waste 29.99 USD dollars buying new copies of Minecraft for both of them. This question is how/who do I Call someone to get reimbursed? If not can I get a call center number to Burn an undisclosed large amount of worth of Microsoft's money as payb

Microsoft migration from mojang

I already had one account on microsoft when i migrated from mojang and now i have two microsoft accounts and i can't accses mincraft on the new minecraft launcher. I can't remove nether of them because i got mincraft on one and my friends and other games on the other

and when I try to migrate it tells me to login through a mojang account which I dont have I have a microsoft account so yeah if I still need to migrate how do I do it?
