Windows 10: Unable to off s-mode in Win 11

While trying to switch off s-mode in Win 11, as soon as I click the Get button it asks me to sign into my Microsoft account. When I proceed to type my Microsoft account username to sign in, it says that the account does not exist. I note again that I am already signed into my Microsoft account and using office applications freely.I have tried launching MS Word, signing out of my Microsoft account and then signing back in successfully. When I return to the Microsoft Store to try and switch off s-mode, it still asks me to sign into the Microsoft Account and when I try do do so, it says again

Compatibility mode shows Windows 8 and win 7 only.

i tried with both but still printer cant be installed properly

 

unable to uninstall program - not in programs list Win 11

I have been trying to uninstall Adobe Photoshop Elements. It is running successfully under Win 11. It is not shown in Programs & Features. There is no uninstall app. It is not in the Uninstall list in the registry. I tried Revouninstaller but that doesn't see it either. Adobe haven't responded to my request for help.

If anyone has any further suggestions I would be happy to try them. Many thanks
