    Unable to open document folders

    Hi Sherry,

There are several possible reasons why you're experiencing this such as malware infections, system file corruptions, etc. For us to isolate your concern, we'll be needing answers to the following:

    • Are you receiving any error messages when you try to open the folders that you mentioned?
    • Have you tried opening other folders and see if the issue persists?
    • Do you encounter the same issue with other user accounts on your computer?

If you only have a single user account, we suggest creating another one with admin privileges. To do so, follow the steps on this

    article
    .

    Regards.

Unable to delete a folder - Invalid folder name

    Suggestion:
    1. Run chkdsk x: /r to make sure that there's no HD corruption.
x: is the drive containing the folder you want to delete.
    2. Try to delete the folder again. If still does not work, go to step 3.
    3. Download: Download - Linux Mint and create a bootable USB using: Rufus - Create bootable USB
    4. Boot up with Linux Mint and try to delete the folder again.
NOTE: Unlike WinPE. Linux does not have any Windows permission imposed to it so it is easier to delete.
