Windows 10: Unable to open a shared file in Outlook on Windows 11

Hi, I have a customer that have his system on Windows 11 and she is unable to open a shared files in Outlook .The message that she receive when she try to open it is : A autorisation is required to access this element .Waiting for approbation .We will notice you the progress of your request .If she open from Outlook on the Web , she is able to open the files but not directly when she open it from Outlook app .On my system that use Windows 10 , the customer told the owner of the files to share me this file and I was able to open it directly on my Outook app .
