    Unable to open a zip file


    I have exported a notebook from chrome extension videonotebook in zip format and I am trying to unzip it but it is showing folder empty and when I am extracting files it shows error. But I tried opening it third party app it got opened. What could be the problem?

    Unable to register 7zip to open zip files

    You did try re-adding it to context menu after the reboot/ reinstall as per this post? It doesn't show up otherwise.

    To clarify :
    1) Attempting to open file by clicking on it in the "Recent files" list I get the following:

    Unable to open a zip file ble-access-zip-folder-created-steps-recorder-windows-10-a-attempting-open-file-recent-files-list.png

    2) Unable to find file where it is supposed to be located based on the "File location" path:

    Unable to open a zip file 905t-unable-access-zip-folder-created-steps-recorder-windows-10-a-unable-find-file-path-location.png

    3) What I get when attempting to look at "Security" tab:

    using windows 10,unable to open zip file using winzar(checked app by uninstalled ad reinstalling it) no use

    unable to extract file too simply says as cannot open.

    changed ownership to everyone still couldnt open the zip file

    help me with the exact solution.......
