Windows 10: Unable to open advanced troubleshooting options

Yeah the usual open close doesnt work.Any other ideas on how to?This is happening after a bad system config info error.For context my pc was freezing forcing me to reset to infinite loading,I had no idea and just hard reseted and it got into that point after like a few mins to hours,it got quicker each time,I had no idea and stupidly dint care and thought it was nothing until I decided to check and noticed it was auto updates using all resources of my unelievabely bad computer and as more updates were starting to qoue it was getting worse till it literaly corruppted the config info.Also noting

No Troubleshot option in Advanced startup menu..

• Are you using Windows 10 installation disk to access the Advance start up options or trying to access through Windows?

I suggest you to follow the below path and check if you are able to see the Troubleshoot option:

• Open Settings, and click/tap on the
  Update & security icon.
• 
  Click/tap on
  Recovery on the left side, and click/tap on Restart
  now under Advanced startup. Check if you are able to view the
  Troubleshoot option.

Advanced Troubleshooting not helping with booting up Windows 10.

Hi,

The issue that you're having usually happens when a specific process of the system got interrupted. This interruption can lead to system/hardware corruption. Since you were able to access that Advance troubleshooting (Window Recovery), we would like to know
if you have tried choosing the option Safe mode with Networking. If not, we suggest booting from it using the steps below:

• Go to Advance Troubleshooting.
• Under Advance options, choose Startup Settings.
• Choose Enable Safe mode with Networking or press F5.
  

After successfully booting the computer to it, we suggest running the System File Checker. Kindly follow the steps on this article to perform it:
Using System File Checker in Windows 10. Once done, type chkdsk c: /f
on the Command Prompt then click Enter. Wait for the process to finish, then
Restart your computer.
