Unable to open any online banking website.

I have not been able to get access to online banking login websites. I have checked updates are done, cleaned browser history, checked for malware, did a disk cleanup. I am using Windows 10, but in Settings - Updates & Security - Windows Updates it has notice that PC doesn't meet minimum system requirements to run Windows 11 and am wondering if an update may have caused this issue. I have tried multiple banks Bank of America, Citibank and Regions therefore I know it is not an individual bank website issue.

    :)

  3. Banks website not opening

So I don't use either bank and clearly have not tried to access. I did look at Citi and there is a log on page. What happens when you try to log in?

I would suggest that you consider sending a note to your bank institution and ask if they are planning on writing an app that will work on Windows Phone. The more they hear those requests, the chances increase on doing so.

Unable to open any online banking website.

I'm trying to log into my online banking and I get a message saying connection reset.

    Hello Kristy,

There are a lot of possible causes why you're unable to properly sign in to your bank's website and giving you and error message an issue with internet connection. This may be due to anti-virus, restrictions on your browser or your browser needs to be updated.
In order for us to assist you better, we'd like to ask a few questions:

    • When did you last time successfully login to your bank's website? Did you make any changes to your computer before experiencing this issue?
    • We'd like to know the troubleshooting steps that you have tried, to avoid providing the same steps.
    • Which browser are you using when accessing your bank's website?
    • Just to clarify, can you access different websites, like Outlook.com, Bing and Microsoft forum?

Meanwhile, we recommend accessing your bank's website using a different browser and then kindly check if you are getting the same issue. We also suggest ensuring that your browser is updated.

We are looking forward to your reply.
