Windows 10: Unable to open File Explorer when Connected to Wi-Fi

I am unable to access file explorer when I am connected to Wi-fi. However, if I disconnect from Wi-Fi I am able to access it by clicking on the File Explorer Icon or Pressing the Windows key + E.In order to open file explorer I have to first click on recycle bin and then select the folders C or D,I have tried uninstalling the antivirus and done certain checks including the sfc /scannow and it did show some errors and files missing but it is unable to correct it. I have also reinstalled my Windows 11 but all in vain as none of it has yielded any result.Can someone please help me

Its not showing the available Wi-Fi network list so I am unable to connect.

However, please let us know:

• What happens when you try to connect to a Wi-Fi network?
  
• Do you receive any error message/code? If yes, what is the error message?
  
• Could you please provide us more information on, “network adapter is not working properly”?
  
• Are you aware of changes made to the computer recently?
  
• Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? To check type:
  winver in the search bar on the Taskbar and hit
  Enter.
