    Just did a reset. Now I'm unable to open the Security page.Windows 11 is telling meUnable to Open Security :pAGE NOT AVAILABLE. Your IT administrator has limited access to some areas of this app...Never happened before.I am the administrator and the only user on this machine.James

    I'm login now but still unable to open Windows Security fowling above steps mentioned by you.

    Unable to access Zip folder created by "Steps Recorder" in Windows 10

    Thank you for the reply. I already have "hidden files" checked. - - - Updated - - - To clarify : 1) Attempting to open file by clicking on it in the "Recent files" list I get the following:

    2) Unable to find file where it is supposed to be located based on the "File location" path:

    3) What I get when attempting to look at "Security" tab:

    That made me so facepalm. Some people have absolutely no clue. I hope they don't take you for granted with all this you're doing for them.

    SonicWall is a good security product, so Mindweaver's suggestion sounds like a good one and should make for a rather bigger baby step. Let's hope they take it.
