Windows 10: Unable to open the Windows Security page

I can't launch the Security page, it closes automatically after few seconds. PC is up to date.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Unable to Open Windows Security in windows 11

Hi,

I'm unable to open Windows security in Windows 11. Whether I open it through Settings or direct search in Start, the opened window will just stay stuck on the same page. Windows Defender taskbar icon is not visible as well. I don't know if it's some kind of malware or virus on my system that is preventing it to be open.

In addition, I'm also not able to edit the Security Center service, it says Access is Denied. Is it linked to the above problem?
