Windows 10: Unable to open windows powershell in windows 10

HelloMy powershell is not opening. When I click on powershell icon, nothing happens. When I right click and choose run as admin an error pops up telling "The item you selected is unavailable. It may be moved, renamed or removed. Do you want to remove it from the list ?". How to fix this ?

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

I will have to agree, as when i upgraded the fixes work and now i am using a clean install none of them work except onedrive.
