Windows 10: Unable to pair Braven to HP laptop

    Unable to pair Braven to HP laptop


    Unable to pair Braven speaker to my HP laptop. Have gone through the diagnostics in Settings but the Braven speaker does not come up. Suggestions needed; TIA.

    Why can't my HP Laptop (Windows 10) recognize and pair through Bluetooth with IPhone Model # MP8K2LL/A?

    For whatever reason, I am unable to pair my IPhone 5.5 via Bluetooth with my HP Laptop running Windows 10. The IPhone pairs successfully with my car, bluetooth speakers and other ancillary devices. I've tried everything I can think of up to this point.
    Does anyone, anywhere have any suggestions as to how I might remedy this issue? Thank you

    Unable to pair stylus

    Hi Jennifer,

    Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

    I understand that the photo app crashes and you are not able to pair the stylus.

    1. Which build version of Windows 10 are you using currently?
    2. Do you receive any error when the photo app closes?

    To check which updates were installed recently go to
    Settings > Update & Security >
    Windows update > View installed update history
