Windows 10: Unable to Pay Overdue Office 365 Personal Subscription

Card expired so set up a new one and removed the old one.

Now just looping on overdue subscription page - select Card (only one available) - Next button - appears to process - then redisplays same page!

I only have the one account - although I did change the password recently when I was advised the card had failed and needed updating, but that should surely not affect this.

This is the £59.99 (inc tax) annual UK fee - no xbox or anything else.

Please help!

Office 365 Personal subscription

All that I want to say is that Microsoft had no solution or nothing from the customer support side to value the problem of customers. Since I complaint customer executive provide reviews done all things to activate my offer subscription of office 365 personal
for one year. With my Lumia 640 I got one year subscription office and ti redeem my offer I tried office 365 gift app and typographical error from my side and to correct it means MS us saying no option there. How is it possible that

 

Cortana & Office 365 Integration

We are trying to integrate Cortana with our Office 365 subscription, but it never works. Here are the steps we have done:

• Turned on Cortona in the Office 365 Admin portal
• We are using Windows 10 1703 – connected Office 365 service to Cortana

Did the same on windows 10 mobile with no luck, Cortana says its connected to Office 365, but sees no data and we are getting zero errors

We went rough office 365 support first and tried all fo their suggestions, they kicked us over to Windows support which is currently closed.

We are on v1703 with all updates in place, it does not work on Windows 10 desktop or mobile

any ideas? I can give you all steps 365 support had us run through if that will be helpful

Change Office 365 subscription


Hi,

One member of my family who has office 365 Personal subscription on her laptop. She's the first one to try out the office 365. Later, I bought a office 365 home subscription for more than one users. And I was thinking of bringing her across from personal to our office 365 home version when her personal subscription is expired.

Today, she noticed that her personal subscription will come to an end next week. Is there any easier way of adding her to our home office apart from having to uninstall all her office Apps from her laptop and then go to office setup and reinstall office when logged into with our office 365 home account.
