Windows 10: Unable to play MKV 4K Video on windows 11

I was able to play MKV 4K Video on Windows 11, but now I can't. how to fix it? I tried downloading it from the Microsoft Store but it told me to pay some amount, earlier there was no such requirement it plays automatically

Video is stuttering when playing mkv files with any media player. It's a Surface Pro 4.

Which means the problem lies in your CPU/GPU being unable in real time to decode the audio/video codecs used or high bit rates of the 4K MKVs that are stuttering. If you similarly change the container of the 4K MKV you linked to and create an MP4, I'm sure
it will stutter on your hardware too.
