Windows 10: Unable to press any buttons on snippet tool after using the pen tool to draw two separate...

I open snippet tool and drag the box to grab the snippet. Draw over it once with the pen tool, and i can move over a button and still click it fine. But if i draw over it again, it freezes, and i can no longer press any buttons on the snippet tool, I can only draw more and more shapes. I am using a Huion pen tablet to do the drawing.

Snippet Tool + Recycle Bin

Snippet Tool: I found it in my new machine loaded with Windows 10. The Snippet does what it is supposed to however when sending an email either with the snippet as an attachment or copied to the email; the email is lost in "cyberspace" & never shows up

I deleted Snippet on a suggestion from "Microsoft Community" but now can't find the Microsoft Snippet Tool download. I've seen plenty "knockoffs" but want the Microsoft version.

Recycle Bin: I cannot find it anywhere. I tried to load the icon to my tray, (I do know how) but it never showed up nor is it in the list of programmes. I don't believe it is loaded.

This is a new HP machine (ordered from HP) with Windows 10 so what's up?

 

Pen Draw Tool not working

I'm attempting to draw (write) with my stylus/pen in OneNote and am having trouble. I can select a pen under the draw tab but whenever I try to write using it, it automatically changes to the lasso tool.

I can however select the "Draw with mouse or touch" feature and that allows me to draw with my finger, or a mouse, although still not with my pen.

I'm hoping that this is just a simple user error. Would love some advice!

Edit: I am having the same issue in the whiteboard. It simply looks like it is tracing when I attempt to write, and nothing actually sticks.

Snippet Tool

Nope...none of the suggestions worked. What I really need to know is how to map the Windows 10 Snippet tool to my Gmail or Hotmail accounts

Please help...it's making me crazy
