Windows 10: Unable to press the 'c' key.

Hello, I am Mathew and as of currently I've stumbled upon a problem with my keyboard.I've been typing a lot of words recently, but suddenly my c key has been going weird and problematic a lot of times.I'm pretty sure I don't necessarily need to verify this issue using an alternative keyboard as it is indeed working under a condition.When I press the 'c' key, it doesn't work. But if I press 'c' with a different key at the same time, it does work.When I press & hold the 'c' key, after a short period of time it works.I've seen many people mentioning that it's the fault of the keyboard and nee

Booting without press any key

Does it stop right at the Toshiba logo and sit there? Will it sit forever til you press a key, or will it eventually work after so long?

 

Shift Key and Number key cannot be pressed at the same time.

There are several factors why you are unable to use the shortcut keys function such as keyboard settings, or if there is an issue with the keyboard itself. To help you resolve this, kindly try the following suggestions:

• You might have selected an input language other than English. To work around with this, go to
  Control Panel > Region and Language and check. You can also check if your keyboard has a language selection available that may need to be changed.
• We suggest as well that you reset the keyboard layout by reinstalling the language and check if it fixes the issue. Follow the steps below:

• Press Windows+R keys and type intl.cpl. Hit Enter.
  
• Go to Administrative tab and click on
  Change system locale button.
• Select the correct language and country from the drop-down box.
• Navigate to the location tab and check if region settings are appropriate.
• Apply the changes and Windows will require a reboot.

c key is pressed down (not physically)

My c key keeps pressing down, and it is spammed. I use my pc for about 30 minutes, and then the c key is continuously being pressed down. I tried switching keyboards and I had no luck. I have no idea why this happens and I cant fix it. This happens whenever,
if its when ill be playing games or watching youtube or doing anything. I have no clue what to do. I would love to hear your suggestions!
