Windows 10: Unable to Print from Windows 11 to Canon iR ADV 3720 Printer – Access Denied and Printer...

I am having trouble printing from my Windows 11 machine to a Canon iR ADV 3720 printer. I am encountering the following issues:Access Denied Error: When I try to connect to the printer, I receive an "Access is denied" error message please see the attached screenshot.Print Command Not Delivered: After clicking the print button, the print command is not delivered to the printer, and the machine does not respond at all.I have checked the printer’s status and network connections, and everything seems to be in order. Can anyone help me resolve this issue so that I can print from my Windows 11 mac

Canon iR-ADV 6255 Scanner

I purchased a new laptop with Windows and can not get my Canon iR-ADV 6255 Scanner to scan to it. All the older computers within my network still receive scans but not my new laptop. I can print to the printer but not receive scans. Any help would be appreciated.

 

Canon IR-ADV C5250i printer hangs after windows update KB3140741

Hi Community,

We are having some problems with our cannon printer after this update KB3140741(Canon IR-ADV C5250i with a fiery controler driver version 6.3.9600.17415)

When we select this printer on one of our workstations with this update installed the application crashes. And there is no restore point to get back to. Do any of you have a solution for this? or a way to get rid of this update?

Completely unable to print

I am running Windows 10. I am completely unable to print, on any of the networked printers in my office, which include a Canon ir-ADV C5250, a Canon ir-ADV 6275, and a Kyocera TASKalfa 5551ci.

I have:

1. Uninstalled and reinstalled the printers.

2. Updated the drivers through Windows.

3. Downloaded the newest drivers from the manufacturer website (which indicate they work with Windows 10).

4. Uninstalled and reinstalled again.

5. Run the troubleshooter, which indicates that there are no problems.

I can find the printers on the network, and I am able to scan documents to my computer from the devices.

Every time I try to print a document, I get a simple Printer Error. No further details are provided.

Can ANYBODY help me?
