Windows 10: Unable to print over WiFi on laptop

From 1st July, we have two laptops on the network that are unable to print.-Both Windows 11 laptops with all Windows updates applied-Two different network printers - Brother MFC-L5755DW and Aficio MP C305-All ethernet connected machines on the network can print as normal-Print jobs from the laptops come up as an Error in the print queue every time - BUT, if you restart either of the laptops, everything in that laptops print queue then prints out when the laptop restarts.I've had Microsoft dialled in for about 30 minutes and they have been unable to resolve it - I suggested a system restore,

I was searching a wifi printing solution for my e51 & saw your post where you are unable to setup your N82 for wifi printing but OK with e51 wifi printing. Can you tell me the step-by-step procedure to configure e51 for wifi printing. I have wifi enabled
HP PhotoSmart C4385 All-in-one that is already setup with my laptop for wifi printing.



Would appreciate your assistance.

Unable to find print option.

I understand the inconvenience caused to you. I will be glad to assist you for the issue.

I suggest you to follow the steps below to print documents in the Windows 10 and check if it helps:

Step 1:

1. Open Photo gallery and click on the photo that you want to print.

2. Click on the file tab from the top left side of the page.

3. Next select print and again print.

you will be able to print.

If however you are unable to find the print option then follow step 2.

Step 2:

• Once the document/picture is open in, press
  Ctrl+P.
• Click Print as PDF button.
• Check if the document prints as expected.
