Windows 10: Unable to Print Screen with Microsoft Bluetooth Keyboard

There is no print screen button on the keyboard.When I press the F12 key, I get a cursor that looks like it is clipping something, but it doesn't seem to be going anywhere after I clip.I'm not even trying to use the clipping tool, I use Snaggit to take screenshots, but the lack of a proper Print Screen key makes it so I can't use that program properly.I tried to remap that F12 function using the Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard center to the real print screen function, but it doesn't allow me to change that mapping though other functions are able to be remapped.Could you kindly allow me to map t

I suggest you to follow the steps below to print documents in the Windows 10 and check if it helps:

Step 1:

1. Open Photo gallery and click on the photo that you want to print.

2. Click on the file tab from the top left side of the page.

3. Next select print and again print.

you will be able to print.

If however you are unable to find the print option then follow step 2.

Step 2:

• Once the document/picture is open in, press
  Ctrl+P.
• Click Print as PDF button.
• Check if the document prints as expected.

Unfamiliar with Das Keyboards. Quite nice a keyboard though. 833 posts and a Power User and are unable to figure out the steps to take? Have you tried asking on their support page or starting a new thread for your specific keyboard.
