Windows 10: Unable to prompt the login screen when locked until i do multiple key combinations

Hello, i was looking for the problem but it seems that other thread that is exactly the same problem i have is locked https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/windows-10-doesnt-show-the-user-account-login/6839b396-0f8b-4099-bb94-45786c99c431 so i open other with the same problem and i could not find an answer:Every time i lock my computer im unable to prompt the login screen, i want to clarify that this is not a hardware problem, i can see the welcome screen with the background and clock, i can move the mouse and if i click any part of the screen it should bring the login screen

Check Way 3: Lock computer in Screen Saver Settings.
Step 1: Type lock computer in the search box on taskbar and choose Lock the computer when I leave it alone for a period of time.
Step 2: In the Screen Saver Settings dialog, choose On resume, display logon screen and hit OK.
Is “On resume, display log on screen” checked?

I checked it, and still after the screen saver started, the prompt didn't appear
