Windows 10: unable to properly use bluetooth audio devise on Asus laptop PX13 HN7306WV

hello,I have acquired my new laptop a couple weeks ago, and hadn't had need to use anything other than the laptop's speakers for sound. only a few days ago did I try to connect some audio device via bluetooth, including a speaker, a headphone and earbuds. Only the headphone had a hard time pairing, the speaker and the earbuds paired with the laptop without issue. However after pairing, the connection doesn't hold for the speaker and the headphones. Actually no sound at all came out of the devices, nor from the laptop, which tells me that the laptop knows it's connected to a bluetooth audio dev

No bluetooth connection on my windows 10 asus laptop

I'm having issues connecting to audio Bluetooth devices with my ASUS n550JK laptop and yes this laptop has Bluetooth capabilities. I have tried trouble shooting connections and updating drivers and quite frankly done everything that is suggested by other
videos and instructions listed online but none works. Can you please help me with this issue.

• Have you made any recent changes on your device prior to this issue?
• Have you tried disabling and enabling the Bluetooth using the Control Panel? (Not turning off and on)
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

In the meantime, we suggest that you run the Bluetooth troubleshooter by:

• Select the Start button, then select Settings > Update & security > Troubleshoot.
• Under Find and fix other problems, select Bluetooth > Run the troubleshooter.
