Windows 10: Unable to purchase Roblox premium

Hello microsoft support team,For the past 1-2 weeks, I have been unable to purchase Roblox Premium through Microsoft. I have also seen other posts regarding this same issue, with some being way older than mine. However, I am yet to receive an answer or support. Everytime when I try to purchase premium it brings up this white screen; before it used to show "Just a moment.." then after bring up the payment methods but now it won't I've been trying but I still no answers. Has there been a fix to this issue?

I am really sorry according to the threads and replies posted there it is not possible to use that.

where JakeAK_298 replies that - "the reason why you cannot buy the roblox premium it is because roblox adds tax to your purchase so mine was 6.49 dollars because of added tax "

So that may be a reason why it is not working as you are having a little over 5.

Unable to purchase app in store

Hello Nraina thank you for posting.

Here are some suggestions you can try in order to solve this issue.

• I would suggest you log with your Microsoft Account on
  https://account.live.com make sure your birth date, time&date and the time zone are correct.
  

• If you are having this issue on your Windows Phone, please check the time and date on the phone as well (<<settings <<time&date) and set them on manual.
  

• Please also log with the same Microsoft account to
  http://www.xbox.com and make sure you have created you Gamertag.

• As a last step, please just do a soft reset of the phone (if the issues are on you r Windows Phone)

Press and hold the Power and Volume down buttons for 20 seconds, until the phone vibrates. Once it vibrates, release the buttons and the phone should restart.
