    Unable to reactivate Windows 11 after laptop warranty replacement


    Hello!The key to Windows 11 which was upgraded from Windows 10 stopped working after I changed my laptop under warranty. Error 0x803FABC3 is given and Windows cannot be activated even through "Troubleshoot". Currently I am in the Russian Federation, I did not get through to support. What can be done about it?

    Reactivation Failed

    I have just recently replaced my motherboard/processor and I reformatted my windows hard drive. I gone through the hardware changes steps, I chose the old machine listed on my account and clicked on ACTIVATE.

    It now tells me that:

    "Unable to activate Windows

    We can't reactivate Windows on this device. Try again later."

    What am I missing here?

    Can't reactivate Windows 10 Pro after replacing motherboard

    Hi,

    I've just replaced a faulty motherboard in my PC and tried to reactivate Windows 10 Pro via the Windows Activation troubleshooter. The license linked to my account is an upgrade from a retail version of a previous version (so i should be able to reactivate
    it). After selecting the correct device to activate I am presented with the following error message:

    Unable to activate Windows

    We can’t reactivate Windows on this device. Try again later.

    You can also activate this device by going to the Store and purchasing a genuine copy of Windows.

    The "Learn more" page referred to does not help as I have just followed the steps listed on that page to get to where I am now.
