Windows 10: Unable to reactivate windows

I recently reset my PC. And now I can't download anything (privilege not held by client). And also can't activate my Windows key?

Windows error 0x80004005.

Entering my product key through "Change product key" doesn't work. Only thing different with this reset was I have an SSD. And the boot priority is SSD when originally the PC was built with only a hard drive and intel optane. Not sure if that affects it?

Reactivation Failed

I have just recently replaced my motherboard/processor and I reformatted my windows hard drive. I gone through the hardware changes steps, I chose the old machine listed on my account and clicked on ACTIVATE.

It now tells me that:

"Unable to activate Windows

We can't reactivate Windows on this device. Try again later."

What am I missing here?

I just changed motherboards, and When I follow the the steps listed in the "reactivate windows 10 after hardware change" support page, it gives me the message "unable to activate windows" message after I sign in and identify my device,
with no error code, just a subheader that says "can't activate windows 10 on this device, try again later."

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
