Windows 10: Unable to Reactivate Windows

Today I build a new computer. I had cloned my Sata M.2 windows OS drive to a newer NVme M.2 drive. I began noticing that Windows is telling me that my Windows needed to be activated. However, I was not able to activate. I saw on Reddit that someone was able to activate his Windows after he removed his previous device from his Microsoft account. I tried this and it's still not working.I've had this Windows for about 10 years now. It was originally a Windows 7 I obtained as a student. Then I upgraded it to Windows 10 when it was freely available. I've rebuilt my computer 3 times and have

Reactivation Failed

I have just recently replaced my motherboard/processor and I reformatted my windows hard drive. I gone through the hardware changes steps, I chose the old machine listed on my account and clicked on ACTIVATE.

It now tells me that:

"Unable to activate Windows

We can't reactivate Windows on this device. Try again later."

What am I missing here?

I just changed motherboards, and When I follow the the steps listed in the "reactivate windows 10 after hardware change" support page, it gives me the message "unable to activate windows" message after I sign in and identify my device,
with no error code, just a subheader that says "can't activate windows 10 on this device, try again later."

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
