Windows 10: Unable to read...

Hello,


I wanted to read the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\StartupApproved\Run32 which has values of Enable/Diable during startup,WHen i run it with Command line it works,but i am trying to do programitcally via labview,the key is not listed rest all keys are listed,Kindly let me know is there any other way where i can read the Enable/Disable of the StartupApps??

How do I change (Read Only) on Microsoft Word


When I downloaded Windows 10 and used my Microsoft Word it was in (Read Only) and I tried looking up how to solve the problem including looking at properties on my document to uncheck read only, but it was already unchecked. I have tried all the steps suggested.

It still leaves me unable to retrieve my IE favourite listing and still unable to retrieve my historical emails.
Is there any where I can read up on the steps I need to make to recover them particularly the emails?
