    Unable to receive verification email from any major online tax service


    In doing my taxes, both Tax Act and Tax Slayer sent me verification emails to my yahoo and Juno email addresses. I never received after multiple attempts. I checked settings in Yahoo and Juno and all looks good. My daughter received on her phone and computer and she has yahoo e-address. But I never could. What settings should I check on my computer?

    How to Remove email from POP Server after Receiving It


    Having set up a POP3 email account within WIN 10 Preview, 10565, I'm unable to locate how to remove a received email from my provider's server. I'm prepared to hang my head in shame if it turns out the solution was really before my eyes, or is otherwise trivial. Any suggestions?

    Unable to receive verification email from any major online tax service

    Turbo Tax 2015 unable to load onto my Windows 10 platform. The error message I receive is "Turbo Tax 2015 Installer has stopped working."

    I continue to be unable to load Turbo Tax 2015 onto my Windows 10 platform. I have received lots of suggestions from "the community" but none seem to work. The error message I receive is "Turbo Tax 2015 Installer has stopped working." Can this be fixed?
