Windows 10: Unable to recover an old MS account with long paid 365 license

Unable to recover an MS account with 365 license subscribed but not accessed since 2019. Have original phone number after reacquiring SIM of same number from Spark, have original email address. Will not accept any attempts at resetting the 2017 password. Authenticator not working never set up, text to original number not working. Gmail password change not working. Have new MS account. Same phone no as off this week, different email.Been trying off and on for years as my 365 subscription renews on this account and I knew I would need the personal account at some unpredictable point.Now have t

Windows account cant access Office 365 Family license

My husband recently renewed his Office 365 and shared the license with me (as he had done previously). Since this renewal, i am unable to use the Office license if i log into windows under the same MS account as i use for Office 365.

• my MS account shows that the license is shared with me.
• if i log into windows under another (local) account, i can use the Office 365 shared license (I log into office 365 using the MS account)
• if i log into windows under the MS account, then log into Office 365 under that same MS account, it says i am not licensed to use Office 365.

After a 3 hour chat session with MS, it was concluded that i will need to log into windows under a different account if i want to use the MS Office license. During that 3-hour session (and before) we uninstalled/reinstalled office, and deleted numerous license
keys, to no avail. The tech decided that my windows account must be corrupted, and since he was an Office tech (not a Windows tech), he didnt know how that could be fixed, other than to use separate accounts for Windows and Office.

I can live with having 2 different accounts (1 for windows and 1 for office) but this seems like a dumb solution, especially when it used to work fine until this recent renewal.

Help recovering MS Office product key

I just built a new rig for my grandma but unable to install MS office because she lost the product key. The old HDD still has it install but I don't know how to recover it... *Confused

MS OS update May 2018, Office 365 Business problems

It has now been 4 weeks since I installed the OS update for Win 10 Pro, and despite many hours with MS support I'm still unable to use Office 365 locally. It gives an lic error reverting to my MS account profile not my Office 365 Business account profile.
I am told there are several other cases regarding this problem and the escalation team are working on it. How many others have this problem? How long will it take to get a fix. The latest suggestion is to re-install the OS, which is fine to say but reinstalling
all the software and reconfigure them will take a couple of days work. Great!

MS broke it why can't they fix it!
