Windows 10: Unable to recover my Microsoft account since 3-4 months.

Hey, I'm unable to recover my Microsoft account since a long while and been trying to fill up the forms for account recovery but not getting accepted. Situation is like I don't have the contact number which I have associated to my account at the time of creation but now it's asking the code OTP to the same mobile number which is not in access. And I've tried lots to get information regarding this from Internet but haven't seen any information related to this. I'm an international student where all my assignments and projects have been locked up inside my laptop and unaccessible now. Please h
