Windows 10: Unable to recover my Microsoft account.

I have been using my yahoo account for many years. And used it to sign in to Microsoft office and windows 10 OS.Unfortunately, my yahoo has been locked due to multiple access at once.Even, though I used double authentication it has been locked and can not be recovered.After that, my Microsoft account automatically locked and requested me to request an account recovery.I try multiple times to submit a new account verification form but with the same outcome unable to verify ownership of this account.Also to mention that I frequently used one drive and outlook, but never brought a licence.

Trying to switch to Microsoft account from local, unable to...

I tried that, more than once. I go thru the complete procedure of getting a new Microsoft account password, then when I reach the final step to key in the Windows password, I try my NEW Microsoft account password, and I get the same message-invalid password. No luck.

Any other suggestions.
