    Unable to recover my Nokia Lumia 2520 tablet


    Hi Microsoft Community,Last week I reinstalled with an unsupported image with using the DISM command, no touch or other drivers like wifi are working. I'm wondering if anyone can help? I did make a recovery drive, but it will not work boot or even selecting it from recovery. I need help hunting drivers and help reinstalling the default driver!Hope someone can help with my Nokia Lumia 2520 tablet :

    When you go into your MS account, it lists all devices you have used on the account. I was removing old devices when I realized my Nokia Lumia 2520 tablet (similar to a Surface) was not listed. I was trying to enter/register my tablet, a Windows device,
    so that it appears on my list, that's all.
