Windows 10: Unable to refund Minecraft for Windows 10

Can't find a way to email Microsoft Support and there Bot is anything but helpful.


Looking to Refund Minecraft for Windows 10, whilst initial told this include cross play, it doesn't include cross play with the Java edition. Had to Buy the Java edition as well and have now paid for the game twice.


I don't understand why if Microsoft owns Minecraft why this is an issue. If anyone has any luck with refund this let me know how, spend $75 for a game that i'm rarely going to play.


Bought the game less then 30 days ago but admittedly more then 14 days ago, with the whole Christmas period only realised it was an issue yesterday.

Minecraft Got Deleted After Clean Installating Windows 10 And Again Minecraft Purchased.

I think you did a Clean Installation of Windows 10 and Clean Installation will delete all your applications; games; and your user data such as music files, video files, pictures, documents, etc.

1. From where did you purchase the Minecraft game?
   
2. Have you already installed Minecraft on your Windows 10 computer?
