Windows 10: Unable to Register as an app developer.

Unable to Register as an app developer. I am trying to register as a developer of apps and games on Windows and on the account info page to register I indicate that I live in Mexico, and it does not accept what I write in the State/province box even though it is optional and Pressing NEXT returns me to the same screen deleting the email and the State/province box, it does not allow me to go to the payment option. I have already been trying to enter the name of the state in every known way for 5 hours and I even changed the country and entered a valid address and it does the same thing or tel

Hello team,

I am looking for a lower to mid range PC which will be used in Development such as Android App development, java, DB and other related task, NO GAMING at all suggest some proper PC.

My Budget is INR 25,000, I have tried multiple build maker website but using core i3 6th ot 7th gen prices are going above 30,000. I dont have much knowledge about AMD, please suggest a build in the price I have given.

registering to developer account

I think the services are down. I'm trying to register an account as well but the payment just fails every time. One of the lengthy error I received suggest something messing up in the backend of this service. The more annoying part is that we cannot contact
support (like the button suggests) because the account can't be recognized as we have not registered as developers yet.
