Windows 10: Unable to remove deleted Microsoft account from Window settings

A while back my microsoft account got deleted for some reason and because it got deleted by yous and i didnt do it manually my microsoft and everything else still thinks im using the deleted account and because of that anytime i try log into the Minecraft launcher or the Xbox app im getting met with the error 0x8000000d and when im trying to remove my microsoft account from my windows settings to try fix the error it wont let me for some reason and when i click manage it sends me to the microsoft site because it thinks the account still exists and its a whole mess. is there a way where i could

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:
